Redeem at 1,000 points
When you hit 1,000 points — that’s 10 drinks — a free drink reward is automatically added to your account. Tell the Brewista your phone number on your next visit and let them know you want to redeem. Any drink, any size.

Give the Brewista your phone number
When placing your order, share the phone number tied to your rewards account. They’ll pull up your points and any available rewards right there.
Tell them which reward to use
Let the Brewista know you’d like to redeem a reward and which one. They apply it to your order on their end — nothing you need to do digitally.
Enjoy your free drink
Done. No scanning, no app, no printed coupon. Your remaining points stay active and keep building toward your next reward.

Every drink you purchase earns 100 points — regardless of size, drink type, or price. Once your running total hits 1,000 points, a free drink reward of any size is automatically added to your account. You don’t claim it manually; it just appears the next time a Brewista looks up your number.
Yes — points expire 12 months after your last purchase. As long as you visit at least once a year, your clock resets and your balance stays intact. If you go longer than a year without buying a drink, your accumulated points are wiped and you’ll start fresh on your next visit.
Yes — earned free drink rewards don’t expire. Once they appear in your account, they stay there until you choose to use them. Promotional offers are different and will have their own expiry dates communicated when issued.
You have two options. The quickest is in person — give your phone number to a Brewista at the drive-thru and confirm via the text you receive. You’ll be enrolled and earning points on that same order. You can also register online at 7brew.com/rewards.

If you recently joined the current rewards platform, allow up to 48 hours for any previous points to transfer before contacting support.
Not yet. As of 2026, there’s no dedicated 7 Brew app available. The rewards program runs entirely off your phone number — no app needed to earn or redeem. An app is reportedly in development. Sign up for SMS updates at 7brew.com/rewards to get notified when it launches.
